We’ve almost made it through this crazy year! As we enter the holiday season, many celebrations will be quarantine style this year (especially with virus cases increasing again). Even if you can’t be surrounded by family and friends this year, that doesn’t mean that you can’t be surrounded by joy and a little humor! You’ve just got to make the best of what we’re dealing with!

For me, that’ll be decorating our house and surrounding myself with the warmth of Christmas lights and cozy decorations. We usually put up the tree and our decorations the day after Thanksgiving. But since I’m not planning on going anywhere this year, I might actually decorate a little earlier while sipping cocoa and watching Christmas movies!

When I first started talking about Christmas with my husband, I joked with that I wanted to make a 2020 themed tree. I told him that instead of Christmas ribbon, I wanted to decorate our tree with a roll of toilet paper instead. After a quick minute, I said, “Nah! I don’t want to waste toilet paper like that!”
