Last week, when I asked my husband what he wanted for dinner, he replied, “Can you make those meatballs you made not too long ago again?” When I asked him which meatballs he meant, he said he wanted this recipe. Easy enough!
Basically, all you need to make this dish is a couple bags of frozen meatballs, teriyaki sauce, and sweet chili sauce. Dump it all in a slow cooker and let it go! The first time I made these meatballs, we had them over rice. This last time, we had them over rice noodles. Both are equally delicious!
