Turn Photos into Works of Art with Canvas Factory {Giveaway}

With Christmas just around the corner, I have been making it a point to give photographs as gifts to my family this year. A photo can say so much more than other gifts you’re bound to receive this holiday season.  My husband’s been a lot less camera shy lately.  That’s a big relief to me since I love taking photos.  Especially family photos we can display in our house and share with others!

Remember that impromptu photo shoot we had in the park?  I really just wanted to test out the tripod my dad gave me.  We ended up with photos that not only graced our Christmas cards this year, but became a piece of artwork for our house.  We don’t have a lot of art in our house, but we do have a lot of photos!  So when Canvas Factory approached me to create a canvas print of my own, I knew I would be turning one of our park photos into art!

I chose a 16″x20″ canvas print.  The process of creating my photo canvas was simple.  After you choose your size and style, upload the photo you want to use.  For this size canvas, a 1474px x 1179px was recommended.  I worked with Canvas Factory’s team to make sure that my photo was the perfect resolution and fit for my canvas.  You also have the option of using filters, but I opted to keep my photo in its original edited state.

My canvas arrived within about a week or so.  The quality of this canvas print is really impressive!  The photo is crystal clear and full of color!  The canvas is wrapped around to the back to showcase the full photo.  Our new canvas print now sits on top of the shelf over our office desk.  If you want to hang your canvas, it comes ready with hardware for hanging!
