Good morning! Is it too early to talk about desser Good morning! Is it too early to talk about dessert? NEVER!

A couple weekends ago, I made us an apple tart for dessert. It started out simple enough - pie crust, apples, cinnamon. But then, I decided to take it up a notch and made a caramel sauce to go with it. And not just any caramel sauce. A walnut caramel sauce with a touch of whiskey!

Head to the blog today (#linkinbio) to make this easy, but impressive Apple Cinnamon Tart with Walnut Caramel Sauce! If your house is anything like mine, this dessert won't last long! But make sure that you save some of that caramel sauce to dip fruit in later!
This week is off to a good start! I've basically g This week is off to a good start! I've basically gotten everything checked off today's to-do list including remaking yet another old recipe of mine! This one, again, comes from the way back archive of my blog. Keep swiping to see the blurry, sad before picture.

Head to the blog (#linkinbio) to search for my new and improved "Fresh Mint Infused Limeade!" I'm so glad this makes a big carafe of limeade because it's so refreshing and delicious! If you're like me and like your lemonade (or limeade) somewhere between sweet and tart, I think you'll really enjoy this recipe!
Is it even Sunday if you don't have pasta? 🍝 We Is it even Sunday if you don't have pasta? 🍝 We're having fish for dinner tonight, but I decided to make us Air Fryer Toasted Ravioli for lunch today (recipe below). @influenster was nice enough to send me a couple @verogustosauce sauces from @barillaus. We used the Calabrian Marinara for dipping. It has a fresh tomato flavor and just the slightest touch of heat from the Calabrian peppers. 🌶

AIR FRYER TOASTED RAVIOLI

• 9 oz. package frozen ravioli (we used mushroom ravioli), slightly thawed
• 2 large eggs, beaten
• 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
• Barilla Vero Gusto Calabrian Marinara sauce, for dipping

1. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees.
2. Dip the ravioli into the egg, letting the excess drip off.
3. Toss the ravioli in the bread crumbs making sure each ravioli is evenly coated.
4. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Work in batches, if necessary.
5. Serve the ravioli with Vero Gusto Calabrian Marinara sauce, for dipping.

Click the #linkinbio and search for “Asian Sugar Snap Pea Salad” to grab the recipe for this crunchy and colorful Asian inspired salad. 🥗 It's made with sugar snap peas, bell pepper strips, green onions, and a seriously delicious sesame and Hoisin sauce dressing! I can’t wait to have this with dinner tonight!

Keep swiping to see the sad little before pic. 🤦🏻‍♀️
We’re still like 2 weeks shy from the official s We’re still like 2 weeks shy from the official start of gardening season. But after spending my night on Pinterest last night, I decided to buy a bunch of plants this morning. 🤞🏻 they don’t die on me! It’s a little chilly today, but warmer weather is coming!

I basically bought natural mosquito repelling plants like citronella, lemongrass, and geranium (I already have a couple lavender plants).

I still have some hanging baskets to fill and need to grab some more succulents and a couple extra basil plants. But it’s looking a lot more like spring now!
You can always tell when a rainbow is coming. 🌈 You can always tell when a rainbow is coming. 🌈 The sky is just the right shade of gray and the sun casts an unmistakable glow. I spotted two rainbows tonight. One was faded and the other was bright. ✨
This potato salad has been on repeat since Easter! This potato salad has been on repeat since Easter! I made it on a whim because I had next to nothing to serve for Easter dinner.

Instead of your usual potato salad, I made this with @followyourheart Vegenaise, chopped bell pepper instead of celery, and green onions instead of yellow or red onion. It was so good!

I'm sharing this Easy Vegan Potato Salad recipe on the blog today (#linkinbio)! You could use regular mayo instead of vegan mayo, if preferred. But I totally recommend the bell pepper and green scallions. According to my husband, the green onions make this dish!
Today I worked on updating another old recipe of m Today I worked on updating another old recipe of mine. The previous post had like a paragraph of text and a single photo collage (keep swiping to see the old photo). No bueno! So I remade my "Creamy Greek Chopped Vegetable Salad" (formerly "Greek Summer Salad") today and we had it with burgers tonight.

This salad is made with cucumbers, peppers, onions, tomatoes, black olives and a Greek yogurt dressing made with vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and dill. It's super refreshing and makes a great side dish for grilled entrees!

Click the #linkinbio to search for this recipe! This recipe is delicious and crunchy and tastes even better the next day!
I have this newfound addiction to dried mango slic I have this newfound addiction to dried mango slices. 🥭 I'll snack on them and, most recently, I decided to throw them in a slightly sweet, slightly spicy salad that was out of this world delicious!

Today on the blog (#linkinbio), I'm sharing a recipe for a Chicken Mango Salad made with Mango Habanero bacon from @jdshouseofbacon. 🥓 This salad is loaded with tender chicken, salty bacon, crunchy veggies, and a sweet bite of mango. Then, it's finished with a homemade chili lime vinaigrette.

If you're already craving summertime flavors, grab the recipe for this salad! It'll take your taste buds to the tropics! 🌴
