Need a cute place to keep your jewelry after you take it off? Make this easy DIY Dinosaur Jewelry Dish to keep your rings, necklaces, and earrings in one place!

If you’re a fan of my blog’s Facebook page, you may have seen the magnetic dinosaur terrariums (aka mini Jurassic Parks) I made last week.  I had a couple dinosaurs left from that project so I decided to take a little inspiration from trinket dish DIY’s I’ve seen around the internet and make myself a new dish for those earrings and Chapstick that I tend to keep next to my bedside.

First thing’s first!  Make sure you have an idea of where your animal friend is going to sit in the dish.  Then give that little critter the Midas touch because dinosaurs get super chic when painted in gold.  Let him dry a bit then apply glue to the bottom and stick your dinosaur on your dish.  Let the glue dry and, if you wish, paint a gold circle or other design around your dish.

Cute, right?  What girl doesn’t want her favorite pair of earrings protected by a T-Rex?
