Create a pretty Easter egg hunt scene with this DIY Easter Cloche Terrarium tutorial!
I really can’t believe that Easter is this weekend! Where is this year going already? I recently changed up my winter snow terrarium (one of my first Maker’s Mix-Up posts!) to make it a little more festive for Easter. I had pretty, speckled, pastel Easter eggs that I usually use to fill a decorative vase or bowl. Instead, I used some of them to decorate my terrarium. I also picked up a small Easter basket filled with flowers and eggs from Michael’s to add to it.
This Easter cloche terrarium reminds me of an Easter Sunday egg hunt with colorful eggs hidden in the grass. Every year, there’s usually an egg hunt held on our block Easter morning. A lot of the “kids” on the block aren’t kids anymore, so I’m not sure whether or not we’ll be having it (although I recently found a purple, plastic egg hiding in our bushes from who-knows-when). But it’s always cute to watch the kids scatter and run around all of our lawns to find eggs!
