Celebrating Galentine’s Day with my Sisters

It’s no secret that my little sisters mean the world to me.  Even with a 12 year age gap between us, we’re still super close.  My sisters are growing into beautiful young women and I truly admire the women they are becoming. They have been hard workers ever since their first job and continue to strive to better themselves.  I see a lot of success in their future if they keep up the good work!

My sisters (who are twins, by the way) just started their first full-time job.  They work in the same office and commute together.  I wanted to congratulate them on their new jobs and celebrate Galentine’s Day at the same time.  So I headed to Minted to personalize some gifts for them.  Minted has an awesome selection of notebooks and planners to choose from, so I personalized a couple notebooks for them.

Every gift needs a card, so I also ordered some personalized Valentine’s Day cards.  I recently shared a gift guide featuring some of Minted’s amazing Valentine’s Day cards.  I ordered three different gold foil cards.  The first cards I ordered with the intention of mailing to some friends and family.  I got the Geo Heart Foil Valentines personalized with my name on them and metallic glitter envelope liners for a fun, glitzy touch.

I also ordered two of their classroom Valentine’s Day cards.  These cards are small enough for children to hand out in class, but they also make awesome tags to attach to Valentine’s Day gifts (like the small packages of candy I bought for my nieces)!  I ordered the Scattered Hearts design and the Shiny Love design (with a fun tic-tac-toe design on the back).

I hung out with my sisters over the weekend and gave them their Galentine’s Day gifts early.  They absolutely LOVED their personalized notebooks!  My sister was telling me about a notebook that went missing from her desk at work.  I said, “No one’s is going to mess with your notebook now!  It has your name on it!”  

I’m glad that my sisters are going to get some good use out of their new notebooks!  As for the rest of my Valentines, I can’t wait to surprise a few friends and family with these cards!
