Halloween Banana Pudding Parfaits

October 9, 2017

I’m not gonna lie – ever since I made this banana pudding recipe, I’ve been dreaming of the white chocolate-covered Nilla Wafers on top of these parfaits. I made these banana pudding parfaits one weekend for my husband. Banana pudding is one of his favorite desserts! Instead of making a big bowl of it, these individually-sized banana pudding parfaits were perfect to grab and eat.  They turned out to be a tasty, little treat!

I decided to put a cute Halloween spin on the recipe.  So I covered Nilla Wafers with white chocolate and made them look like ghosts and skeletons. Oh, but that wasn’t all!  I actually stuffed a banana slice between two Nilla Wafers before dipping them into white chocolate!  Once the white chocolate hardened, I painted the ghost and skeleton faces on with melted milk chocolate.  I even made a few extra cookies to nosh on because they were just that good!

If you’re looking for an easy Halloween treat to make, I’m sharing the recipe for these Halloween Banana Pudding Parfaits on Hello Nature today. They’re a delicious single-sized dessert and easy enough to make to serve a crowd!  Their grab-and-eat style is perfect for a Halloween party!  Trust me – you’ll go bananas over this recipe!
