As excited as I was for Hunter’s first BarkBox, I’m even more excited for this month’s box because he was home when it arrived! He had just woken up from his afternoon nap when the box was dropped off at the door.
I opened the BarkBox up, excited to see this month’s goodies, and let Hunter’s curiosity take over as I opened the wrapping paper from the box. Inside, we found new treats and a few chew toys. I was especially glad to see the chew toys because Hunter seems to be teething.
The first toy I took out for Hunter was the apple. It’s a durable apple-shaped toy that is good for gums and removes plaque from teeth. He was totally into it until I took out his next chew toy.
Nothing else mattered after I gave Hunter his Indigo Fresh Floss Bone. He’s already chewed this thing down to the point where I knew it must have felt incredible on his teeth. I ended up ordering him five more of these. He likes this bone that much! I don’t know what’s in this bone, but it’s definitely puppy crack!
Although the BeneBone seems like a great chew toy for Hunter’s teeth, it was a little too big for him to handle. I sent this home to my parents so Dusty and Beau could have at it. Gotta take care of the other family dogs, as well!
Since we’re still in training mode with Hunter, I also sent these treats home to my parents’ house. If they don’t enjoy them, I know some of the other family dogs will!
All of the family dogs are getting spoiled with this BarkBox subscription, which is great! There’s something for every dog in this box and even though Hunter hasn’t met the rest of the family yet, I’m sure he’s happy to share.
