Celebrate Spring Birthdays with Minted Party Decor

Birthdays are kind of a big deal in my family.  It seems like after the holidays, the calendar starts all over with one birthday celebration after the other.  At the end of this month, we have my older brother’s birthday. Then, my parents celebrate their birthdays back-to-back at the beginning of April.  After that, it’s just one continuous birthday celebration after the other up until Christmas! That’s what happens when you come from a big family!

In recent years, it’s gotten harder and harder to come together to celebrate everyone’s birthdays.  We all have our own families and different schedules.  But that doesn’t mean the parties stop. Last year, we threw my mother the surprise party she’s always wanted.  A few years before that, my father had one.  We try to celebrate everyone’s birthday the weekend of their actual birthday. With birthday season up ahead, I decided to once again turn to Minted to shop for some party decor.  

I wanted some fun, floral decorations to keep on hand for our family celebrations.  The Botanical Affair print party decor was exactly what I was looking for!  The light, pastel colors and floral design makes the decor perfect for springtime parties and gatherings!  I’ll be able to use it for all of our summer birthday celebrations, as well.

Tell your guests, “The party’s over here!” with a personalizable greeting sign and bunting banner.  Then, toss some jumbo confetti on the table to add to the decor.  You can also use the table confetti as a banner!  Just punch holes in the top and string it along some twine.

I ordered flag stickers to attach to paper straws to use in milk bottles.  The apothecary jar will be filled with colorful candies – a decorative and tasty touch to our party decor!  The milk glass cake plate is a perfect match for the Botanical Affair print decor and will look so pretty with a cake sitting on top of it.  I also ordered personalized wrapping paper to match.  Now, everyone will know when they’ve received a gift from us!

The last thing I ordered was this table runner.  I think it’s a pretty close match to the Botanical Affair decor.  Its pretty blossoms will add some charm and the colors will work perfectly alongside our other party decor.
