Even though my husband and I no longer exchange gifts, I always buy him a new ornament and pair of pajama pants every year for Christmas. It’s become tradition! And up until last year, all of those ornaments didn’t have a spot on our Christmas tree. That’s because our living room Christmas tree is kind of my thing! Every year, it has a new theme. So far, none of those themes have included outdoor sports (sorry, boo).
Last year, I started to feel bad that I had gotten my husband so many ornaments, but he’s never had the chance to hang them on the tree. So instead of just getting him an ornament for Christmas, I got him his very own Christmas tree! He was pretty impressed with his early Christmas surprise!
With everything going on this year, I was itching to put up our Christmas tree earlier than usual. I scratched my itch early last week by putting up my husband’s tree in our dining room!
