A few years ago, I made a snowman cheese board inspired by a recipe I saw in Good Housekeeping.  When my mom asked me to bring appetizers for Thanksgiving this year, I knew I wanted to make some sort of charcuterie or cheese board.  Since we’re officially kicking off the holiday season, I decided to put together another brie snowman for the occasion.

This is the easiest holiday cheese board to put together because there isn’t a lot of slicing and dicing to do. The brie is the star of the show!  The rest of the brie snowman is put together with dried cranberries (or you could use raisins), prosciutto, and peppers.  Then, just add some small things like nuts, pretzels, olives, or slices of baguette around the board to nibble on.

I was able to get everything I needed to make this cheese board through Hungryroot, saving me one less trip to the grocery store!  The snowman itself is made with a brie wheel body and mini brie bite head.  Then, I added dried cranberries for eyes and buttons and a nose cut out of a grilled bell pepper.  Last, I added a prosciutto scarf and pretzel stick arms.

Instead of crackers, I sliced a baguette thin. I also served the brie snowman alongside seedless red grapes, prosciutto, pitted green olives, pretzel sticks, grilled bell peppers, and macadamia nuts.

Snowman Brie Cheese Board

Everyone loves a cheese board appetizer!  If you’re looking to make a festive board for the holidays, this Snowman Brie Cheese Board is adorable and so easy to put together!  Serve it with your favorite accoutrements.

The first thing we need to do is build our snowman.  On a cheese board, use a brie wheel and 2 stacked mini brie bites to form the snowman body and head.  Then, dress up the snowman with dried cranberry eyes and buttons, a prosciutto scarf, pretzel stick arms, and a grilled bell pepper nose.

Once the snowman is put together in the middle of the board, you can start adding your favorite little bites around it.  I thinly sliced up a baguette and added the slices around the board.  Then, I also added the rest of the prosciutto, pretzel sticks, and grilled bell peppers along with seedless red grapes, green olives, and macadamia nuts.

And that’s it!  So easy!  It’s almost too cute to cut up.  Isn’t it?
