#ad We had @hungryroot Southwest-Style Chicken Patties with a side salad inspired by @greenhealthycooking’s Cucumber Avocado Salad. I used HR's mini cucumbers, Crunchy Ranch Chickpeas, a bell pepper, fresh parsley, an avocado, and vinegar instead of lime juice to make it. Everything was SO GOOD! This meal is going to be on constant repeat in our house!

I’m also looking forward to my baby snake plant filling up that pot! I bought it a few years ago and it finally has a purpose! Now all that’s really left in the dining room is a fresh coat of paint!

While I love a good Belgian waffle, I find myself flipping way more pancakes for breakfast. 🥞 With recent changes to my diet, I wanted to make an allergy-friendly pancake recipe that everyone would love!

So today on the blog (#linkinbio), I'm sharing a recipe for Almond Flour Carob Chip Pancakes. They're full of banana flavor and made with gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients from @nutsdotcom like almond flour, almond milk, and carob chips.

Start your day with these delicious, allergy-friendly pancakes! Consider ditching the syrup and topping them yogurt and extra carob chips for a sweet and satisfying breakfast!
