I love our Friday night pizza night, but if I coul I love our Friday night pizza night, but if I could eat last night's dinner all over again, I would (and I think the hubs would, too)!

#ad We had @hungryroot Southwest-Style Chicken Patties with a side salad inspired by @greenhealthycooking’s Cucumber Avocado Salad. I used HR's mini cucumbers, Crunchy Ranch Chickpeas, a bell pepper, fresh parsley, an avocado, and vinegar instead of lime juice to make it. Everything was SO GOOD! This meal is going to be on constant repeat in our house!

Don't forget to use the code 30OFF2NFREEBIE to snag 30% off your first two Hungryroot boxes. You'll also get to choose a free veggie, cookie dough, or pasta for the length of your subscription!

I’m also looking forward to my baby snake plant filling up that pot! I bought it a few years ago and it finally has a purpose! Now all that’s really left in the dining room is a fresh coat of paint!

These Western Scramble Breakfast Pockets are easy to make with refrigerated pie crust and an egg scramble filling made with peppers, onions, and leftover ham. Brush them with melted butter before baking and give them a sprinkle of everything seasoning.

They're a delicious breakfast that can be frozen for later and reheated in the toaster! Grab this delicious breakfast idea on the blog today! #linkinbio

Are you more of a waffle person or a pancake perso Are you more of a waffle person or a pancake person? While I love a good Belgian waffle, I find myself flipping way more pancakes for breakfast. 🥞 With recent changes to my diet, I wanted to make an allergy-friendly pancake recipe that everyone would love!

So today on the blog (#linkinbio), I'm sharing a recipe for Almond Flour Carob Chip Pancakes. They're full of banana flavor and made with gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients from @nutsdotcom like almond flour, almond milk, and carob chips.

Start your day with these delicious, allergy-friendly pancakes! Consider ditching the syrup and topping them yogurt and extra carob chips for a sweet and satisfying breakfast!

#ad Are you getting your backyard ready for warm w #ad Are you getting your backyard ready for warm weather? One of the quickest ways you can add a little pizzazz to your outdoor space is with solar lighting. 💡 Today on the blog (#linkinbio), I'm showing off the solar bricks I got from @lightsdotcom.

These solar bricks are sturdy and stunning and can easily be placed in any area of your yard. I embedded a couple in rock between our herb planters and have a couple on our deck steps. Their glass design makes them look chic during the day, but wait for the sun to go down to watch them shine bright at night! ✨
