I can appreciate the sentiment behind picking out an assortment of chocolates for someone special. But if you really want to win me over, make me a board. I’m talking charcuterie, grazing, snacking, or dessert – but not butter cause gross. I’d rather have an assortment of snacks over a box of chocolates any day!
So for Valentine’s Day, I thought I’d put together an easy snack board idea. This snack board includes sweet Valentine’s Day touches like red berries, mini brie bites (decorated with red food coloring marker), dark chocolate fruits and nuts, and Sweet & Salty OMG! Pretzels.
While this board is mainly sweet, there is a slight salty balance from the brie and the pretzels. The Sweet & Salty OMG! Pretzels are made with cinnamon and sugar and just a hint of salt. They’re a great addition to any snack board, but provide a tasty sweetness and crunch to this Valentine’s Day themed board!

Valentine’s Day Snack Board
Not only is this snack board delicious, it’s a healthier alternative to all of that heart-shaped candy in the store right now. The berries give this board its festive color while the dark chocolate treats add chocolaty sweetness without a ton of sugar. And the pretzels and brie give the board a nice, salty balance.
To start this board, I used pink and red food coloring markers to draw hearts on the mini brie bites. I let the marker dry and then added the brie to the board.
Next, I cut the strawberries into hearts. To do this, I cut off the stem and cut the strawberries in half. Then, I cut a V-shape at the top of the strawberry to form the heart shape.
You can place them on the board as they are, but I decided to serve them on heart cocktail picks.
Next, I started arranging the rest of the snacks on the board. Some of the snacks were arranged right on the board while I put some things in cute heart ramekins.
All that’s left to do is snack away! Serve this board for Valentine’s Day dessert or part of a Galentine’s Day brunch.
