This recipe was a lot of fun to work on! Not only because it’s a fresh take on fruit pizza, but because my almost-3-year-old niece helped me out with it. I say “helped” loosely because she mostly helped eat a lot of watermelon. She also brought out plates of watermelon slices to share and “approved” every picture I took. It was a lot of fun to get her into the gig and she enjoyed helping!
